GriefShare Support Group
JANUARY 28 - APRIL 29
We will be offering a grief support program beginning January 28 in the evening from 6-8 pm. This program features biblical, Christ-centered teaching that focuses on grief topics associated with the death of a loved one.
The DVD seminar features nationally respected grief experts and real life stories of people, followed by a small group discussion. Past participants related how helpful the information and follow-up discussions were to them.
Your bereavement experience may be recent or not so recent. You will find encouragement, comfort and help in grieving the death of a spouse, child, parent, sibling, other family member, or friend. No matter what the cause of your loved one's death, this is an opportunity to be around people who understand what you are feeling. You will learn how to recognize the symptoms of being stuck in grief and you do not need to live in bondage to certain emotions. These sessions will help you learn about facing your new normal in life and renewing your hope for the future.
Cost is $15.00 for participant workbook.

Tuesday Morning Bible Study
All are welcome to gather Tuesday mornings at 10:00 am with Pastor Michelle for Bible study and fellowship in the office area room O-17.
The next Tuesday Morning bible study will begin January 8, 2019. We will study A New Playlist: Hearing Jesus in a Noisy World by Jacob Armstrong. Many of us go through our days with ear buds in place, listening to our favorite songs or podcasts to the exclusion of everything going on around us. What if we did the same thing when living our lives, choosing to listen to Jesus’ playlist and tuning out the anxiety, disruptions, and schedule overloads of the world? You’ll discover how to cut through the distractions of life to hear God more clearly. You’ll learn that saying “no” to the demands of the world is often the best “yes.” The cost of the book for this six-week study is $10. Email Pastor Michelle at email@example.com or sign up online by December 15 for Pastor Michelle to order your book. The book is also available to purchase on Kindle ($10) and Nook ($10.50).
